Delivery delay: Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or customs inspection and so on, you may experience delivery delays but Klatie will make all efforts to get your package to you as soon as possible.
Note: The cut-off time for orders is 6:00 PM (PST). After the cut-off time, we will not process orders received on the same day. Our working days: Monday - Saturday. The orders on Sunday will be processed on Monday

Tracking
You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Delivery timeout:
Due to covid-19, there may be delays in international shipping. If your order is delayed, Please contact us by email service@klatie.com will verify the situation with the shipping company in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellation:
can cancel your order for you if you contact us promptly after your purchase. If your payment is complete, but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your money in full.
Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
About taxes:
Shipping to the USA is free and there is no tax.
However, shipping to outside the United States, customers must pay the tax to customs themselves. To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out the current rates and taxes before placing your order.
